As a commuter, I keep getting in and out of trains, visiting stations - some crowded, others deserted - either early in the morning or late at night.

The following pictures were all taken during fall/winter 2021 along the Saint-André-le-Gaz to Echirolles line - Line 62 - that takes me to work in the suburbs of Grenoble and then back home in rural Côte-Saint-André. With but a few exceptions, they were all taken on my way back from work between 5 and 6 PM, as the clocks do not fail to show. On those days, I was a commuter with a camera.

As for the form adopted, the images presented do not follow the itinerary of the SNCF but rather the halphazard way in which I visited, night after night, those places. Every station is represented - even though not all share an equal amount of pictures.
